Return/Exchange Policy
We want to make sure that you are happy with everything you purchase from Little Shredder. If you are unsatisfied for any reason we would be more than happy to accept your item(s) for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must NOT be worn or washed to be eligible. We will refund your credit card used for the purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. We will refund shipping charges ONLY if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.

How to return any Little Shredder item:

Step 1: Please indicate the reason you are returning or exchanging the item (i.e. wrong color or size, damaged, defective, wrong item shipped, gift return etc?) Please also indicate if you would like a full refund or if you would like to exchange the item for a different color and/or size. Note: You are responsible for return shipping charges to Little Shredder.
Step 2: Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the reason for the return or exchange.
Step 3: Mail back to: Little Shredder, 1060 Woodcrest Ln, Vista, CA  92081.

Shipping Policy
We ship all our items USPS Priority Mail. Orders will typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please allow an additional 2 to 4 business days.
